Open the listing and use the inquiry form to request information, schedule a viewing or discuss an offer. Signed-in users can see their inquiries in the dashboard.
On a property for sale, signed-in users can submit a purchase request (or choose a specific unit in a development). The request is reviewed and the team contacts you with the next steps, including any installment schedule offered for that property.
Investment opportunities are divided into shares. You choose the number of shares, pay in full or with an installment plan where offered, and receive any distributions on the schedule described in the listing. Returns are not guaranteed and capital is at risk.
