Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of EstateFull, including listings, inquiries, purchase requests and investment opportunities.
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of estatefull.com and related services (the "Platform") operated by EstateFull. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. The Platform
EstateFull provides an online marketplace where users can discover properties for sale and for rent, contact listing teams, submit purchase requests and, where offered, purchase shares in real estate investment opportunities. Listing partners (owners, agents and developers) can publish and manage listings subject to review.
Unless expressly stated for a specific transaction, EstateFull is not a party to agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and does not act as your real estate agent, broker, lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- We may require identity (KYC) or business (KYB) verification before certain actions such as investing, withdrawing funds or publishing listings.
3. Listings and content
- Listing information is provided by listing partners and the EstateFull team.
- We review listings but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listing, price, measurement, photo or description. Always verify information independently and inspect a property before committing.
- Prices for properties outside the United States may be displayed in US dollars for comparison only; the transaction currency, taxes and fees may differ.
- Listing partners must have the right to market each property and must comply with applicable laws, including fair housing and advertising rules.
4. Inquiries, purchase requests and rentals
Submitting an inquiry or purchase request does not create a binding agreement to buy, sell or rent. Any sale or lease is subject to a separate written agreement between the relevant parties, due diligence, financing and applicable law.
5. Investment opportunities
- Investment opportunities are described in their listing and any related offering documents, which prevail over summary information on the Platform.
- Projected distributions or returns are estimates, are not guaranteed and may be lower, delayed or zero. You may lose some or all of your investment. Investments are generally illiquid.
- Availability of investment opportunities may be restricted by your country of residence or investor status.
- Installment plans, where offered, require timely payment; late payments may incur the fees stated in the listing.
- Please read the Investment Risk Disclosure before investing.
6. Payments, deposits and withdrawals
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and fees. Deposits, investments, installment payments and withdrawals are recorded in your dashboard. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and processing times.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post false, misleading or discriminatory content; scrape or copy listings in bulk; interfere with the Platform's security; impersonate others; use the Platform for money laundering or other unlawful activity; or send unsolicited marketing to other users.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by EstateFull or its licensors. Some listing photos are licensed stock images. You may not reuse Platform content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on the Platform, including articles and calculators, is for general information and is not professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateFull will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to completing or settling any outstanding transactions.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EstateFull is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
14. Contact
