EstateFull is a real estate platform where you can search properties for sale and for rent, contact listing teams, submit purchase requests and explore real estate investment opportunities, all from one account.

No. You can search and view every listing without an account. You need a free account to save favorites, submit purchase requests, invest and track activity in your dashboard.

Open the listing and use the inquiry form to request information, schedule a viewing or discuss an offer. Signed-in users can see their inquiries in the dashboard.

On a property for sale, signed-in users can submit a purchase request (or choose a specific unit in a development). The request is reviewed and the team contacts you with the next steps, including any installment schedule offered for that property.

Investment opportunities are divided into shares. You choose the number of shares, pay in full or with an installment plan where offered, and receive any distributions on the schedule described in the listing. Returns are not guaranteed and capital is at risk.

No. Target distributions are projections based on each business plan and can be lower, delayed or zero. Real estate investments are illiquid and you can lose money. Please read the investment risk disclosure before investing.
